Where will the meeting take place?

When will the meeting take place?
- The 2026 Top Producers Meeting will begin in the afternoon on Monday, March 23 and conclude after breakfast on Thursday, March 26
- Hotel check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Early arrivals will be requested but not guaranteed. A full meeting agenda will be circulated closer to the event date.
How do I confirm my hotel reservation?
- All hotel accommodations will be made by Newmark. Please do NOT contact The EDITION directly.
- All guest room are assigned at check-in; we are unable to accept room requests.
- If you wish to extend your stay pre- or post-meeting, please email your request to NTopProdcuers@nmrk.com and we will accommodate, subject to hotel availability. Extended stay dates are limited, and nightly rates may vary.
Who will handle my travel and transportation?
- Attendees are responsible for booking and payment of all airfare and ground transportation to departure airports. Transportation to / from Cancun International Airport and the EDITION will be arranged on your behalf.
- The Cancun International Airport is located 35 minutes by car from the EDITION and offers multiple nonstop flights to / from Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Orlando, San Francisco and Seattle

- The Top Producers Meeting is for invited brokers and employees only
