Where will the meeting take place?

When will the meeting take place?
- The 2026 Top Producers Meeting will begin on Monday, September 28 and through Wednesday, September 30, 2026
- Hotel check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. Early arrivals will be requested but not guaranteed. A full meeting agenda will be circulated closer to the event date.
How do I confirm my hotel reservation?
- All hotel accommodations will be made by Newmark. Please do NOT contact The Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale directly.
- All guest room are assigned at check-in; we are unable to accept room requests.
- If you wish to extend your stay pre- or post-meeting, please email your request to NTopProducers@nmrk.com and we will accommodate, subject to hotel availability. Extended stay dates are limited, and nightly rates may vary.
Who will handle my travel and transportation?
- Attendees are responsible for booking and payment of all airfare and ground transportation to departure airports.
- Transportation to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
- Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is located approximately 30 miles, or 35 minutes by car, from Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale. The airport offers nonstop service to numerous domestic destinations, and attendees should consult current flight availability when booking travel.
- Private aviation: Scottsdale Airport is located approximately 11.5 miles, or 25 minutes by car, from the resort.

- The Top Producers Meeting is for invited brokers and employees only
