The Capital Markets Global Support team in India was started in 2020 to support Argus models, Lease Abstracts, BOV and Narratives for Brokers across various regions of the United States. We are a 29-member team with diverse experience in the CRE industry, averaging 5+ years.
Who do we are?
The team is skilled in developing Argus cash flow models, proprietary BOV models, and various other valuation models, as well as lease abstraction, comps, and property & market level narratives. Well versed across all property types, the team has experience with modeling office, retail, hospitality, industrial, multifamily, student housing, senior housing, and mixed-use properties.

How do we work
Step - 1
Requestor sends all source documents required to complete the job to the Mail Box or via sharepoint/dropbox/
onedrive
Step - 2
Review the files and confirm turn around time. Request further information if required
Step - 3
Assign task to the analyst
Step - 4
Complete the request according to the instructions
Step - 5
Perform QC and send the work package to the onshore requestor
Turn Around Time
Once we receive all the required documents, we will deliver the work product within 48 -72 hours.
Bespoke requests or large portfolio projects will require extra time,
which will be communicated accordingly.
